Types of Reports

  1. Bribery, entertainment, or loans
  2. Embezzlement or theft of company funds
  3. Requests for improper favors or undue influence
  4. Violations of fair trade laws
  5. Workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and other human rights violations
  6. Leakage of company information or personnel
  7. Other fraudulent or unethical acts
  8. Information security issues
  9. Child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking
  10. Human rights violations caused by security measures (including those by contractors)

Protection of Whistleblowers

  • The identity of whistleblowers is strictly confidential, and no disadvantages will result from reporting.
  • Submitted reports will be investigated promptly, and the results will be communicated to the whistleblower.
  • Reports should be prepared based on the 5W1H principle (who, what, when, where, why, how). Inaccurate or unverifiable reports may be excluded from investigation.
